The entire Fehlmann Apartment restructuration process, realized by the design of architect Mario Castrogiovanni, was an exiting experience. This extraordinary facility is located in Via Bordonaro in Cefalù boasts a terrace directly overlooking the cliff, offering a breathtaking view.
In order to realise the architect’s beautiful project, impressive steel hoops were installed that allow you to admire the sea as soon as you cross the threshold. The internal partitions consist exclusively of glass windows, which are darkened by an innovative concealed curtain system. The large minimalist terrace window completes the striking play of transparencies. The house is equipped with a SPA area and Turkish bath, radiant floors, ducted air conditioning and domotic system. All the floors and wall coverings are in large-sized Sahara Grey marble.
